My name is Nichole Kennedy Jaramillo
As a PROSCI certified change management professional with over 20+ years of experience in ERP transformations who holds an MS in Forensic Psychology and a passion for helping people achieve their highest ability, Kennedy Operational Excellence Group is my outlet for higher achievement both individually and for the professional community.

I am a wife, a mother, an owner of a small pack of dogs, and someone you can find hiking, swimming, or trying my luck on a paddle board.
